SHIPPING POLICY

At Capini Firenze, we partner with premium logistics carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. We currently ship to selected countries within Europe, the United Kingdom, and Brazil. Availability for your address will be confirmed at checkout.
1. SHIPPING RATES
For orders shipped to Europe and the UK:
Standard Shipping: €10.00 (For orders under €80.00).
Free Shipping: €0.00 (For all orders of €80.00 or more).
For orders shipped to Brazil:
The same structure applies: Standard Shipping of €10.00 (converted to BRL at checkout) for orders under the equivalent of €80.00, and Free Shipping for orders above that amount.
All shipping rates will be displayed clearly in your local currency (BRL) at checkout before purchase.
2. PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIME
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–72 hours (1–3 business days) after payment confirmation.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Note: During busy periods (new launches, promotions, Black Friday), processing times may be slightly longer.
3. DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery times are:
Europe & UK:
Germany, France, UK, Netherlands: 6–10 business days.
Italy, Spain, Switzerland: 7–12 business days.
Rest of Europe: 8–15 business days.
South America:
Brazil: 12–25 days.
These are estimates provided by our logistics partners. External factors such as customs checks, local strikes, or extreme weather conditions may cause occasional delays.
4. TAXES AND DUTIES
European Union & UK (DDP – Duties & VAT Included):
We ship using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service whenever possible.
Import duties and VAT are already included in the price you see at checkout.
You should not be charged any additional duties or import fees by the courier upon delivery.
Brazil:
Orders shipped to Brazil are subject to local import regulations.
Any import taxes, customs duties, and related fees that may be charged by Brazilian authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
5. ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can track your package at any time by visiting the “Track Order” page in our website footer.
6. WRONG ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout.
If you need to correct your address after placing your order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
If the courier cannot deliver your order due to an incorrect address, repeated absence, or refusal to receive the parcel, the package may be returned to us. In these cases, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs to resend the order.
7. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
We want you to feel safe when ordering from us:
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can investigate with the carrier.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the outer package and the product immediately.
After reviewing your case, we may offer a replacement or a refund, in line with our internal policy.
