Solofra Oil-Wax - iPad Envelope

An envelope for the 13-inch iPad. The iPad goes in, the flap comes over, and a leather tab holds it shut. Under the flap there is a loop for Apple Pencil, so the two travel together.

The leather is oiled full-grain cowhide with a smooth face. The oil works through it with use, so it deepens in colour where you handle it and keeps a soft hand.

About real leather

Oiled leather records where it has been. A scratch lightens, then fades back as the oil moves, and the tone varies from one hide to the next. That is the material, not a defect.

Care

Keep it dry and out of direct sun. Rub light marks with a finger or a dry cloth. A neutral leather balm once or twice a year is enough.
