Bolzano pairs a double-layer woven nylon band with hand-stitched cowhide at the lugs and the keeper — nylon where the strap has to take rain, sweat and the weight of a rucksack, leather where your eye actually lands.
It reads dress-casual across a desk and it does not flinch on a trail. Stainless hardware throughout, in brushed silver or matte black, and connectors that slide straight into the watch case — no tools, no adapters to buy.
The leather panels are cut from full-grain cowhide, the outermost and strongest layer of the hide. Grain, tone and the small marks the animal carried are never identical from one strap to the next — that variation is how you know it was never printed onto something else. The leather darkens where you touch it and lightens where it bends.
Rinse the nylon in cool water and let it air-dry away from direct heat. Wipe the leather with a dry cloth and treat it occasionally with a neutral leather balm. Avoid soaking the leather panels or leaving the strap on a radiator.
